Work from home contractor, provides pre-recorded English (ENG) to ENG, Latin American Spanish (LAS) to ENG and LAS to LAS transcription and/or translation services for private industry/insurance, state, federal and local governments.
Job Requirements:
Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Transcription ENG/LAS
- Translation/transcription LAS to ENG
- Must be able to maintain high accuracy
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English and Latin American Spanish
- 3 years transcription/translation experience or pass skills test
- Experience with governmental/insurance terminology is preferable
- Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills
- Proven written communication skills
- Must be able to edit documents using preferred word processor
- Pass background check for required clients
- Work is flexible, but also influenced by current business needs; all work due back within 24 hours (excluding weekends)
