We are a simple solution for quality legal, medical, and general transcription, we transcribe:
No sending dictation overseas, pooling or voice recognition!
You simply dictate and we transcribe at 65 characters per line. We now offer rates per page, per minute, or per line of dictation. Legal transcription rates also depend on the time frame dictation is needed.

We have several transcriptionists to cover any volume you need transcribed.
We have a HIPPA compliant server and email through SharePoint. You can also upload audio/video files and email them to us via Gmail. The process of uploading dictation and downloading completed dictation is a very easy process via login and password. We can upload the typed dictation back to the client in three ways:
1. We upload directly to our server and the client then downloads to their computers and they manage the documentation on their end in-office.
2. If you have your own EMR/EHR the client can supply A & C Transcription, Inc. with a login and password and we can upload the typed dictation there. For example, we can upload each individual dictation to each patient’s chart. We can also, using this route, type directly into your EMR/EHR.
3. We can email the typed dictation back to you if that is easier.
We do not ask for a contract from the clients. We have no setup fees, no equipment purchases (the provider only furnishes their own recording device), no minimum term and no minimum volume.
